At Deaf Empowerment, we aim to empower deaf people at the individual, community, local, and international levels so that, through quality education, economic development, and community empowerment, deaf people can achieve their goals and shape future generations.

OUR PROGRAMS.
COMMUNITY RESEARCH
Research is critical to gain the knowledge needed for developing effective approaches to obstacles often found in deaf communities around the world.
Working in partnership with local deaf organizations and educational institutions, we conduct evidence-based research that enables us to evaluate effective solutions.
